consulting, daily recordkeeping and trustee services,
while serving as the operational gateway to a broad
universe of externally managed investment
options. All administrative and trust services
are performed in our Houston office to ensure service
quality.
Hand
Benefits & Trust views plan administration as a
partnership. This partnership begins at the
inception of the relationship, when the Plan
Consultant, Account Executive, and HR representatives
establish plan operating procedures. From that
point forward, Hand Benefits & Trust provides
ongoing technical and administrative support. It
is our goal to minimize the extent by which the HR
representatives are involved.
We
have many tools, such as the Internet Applications,
Voice Response Unit and our Customer Call Center
available to answer participants' many common
questions historically directed to the HR
representative. However, we view the HR
representative's role as a vital link in this
partnership, and a great deal of time is spent at the
inception of the relationship defining service.
