Description:
Houston
area third party administrator specializing in
cafeteria/flexible spending accounts, and HRA
administration is seeking an energetic individual to
join its marketing team.
The
incumbent will be trained in the areas of cafeteria
plan business development through direct selling,
networking with existing insurance agent/broker
channels and the development of new distribution
channels.
The
ideal candidate will work with clients to direct/lead
cafeteria plan enrollment meetings, attend client
benefit fairs, assist in the preparation of enrollment
materials and communicate plan installation
information.

Reports to Senior Vice President.
»
Compensation: Training salary 90 to 120
days; upon completion of training, salary
plus commission.
